Our finished yarns come in several weights from sport to chunky. We create 10 yarns in four categories... Blends : Yarn made of multiple fibers, 100% wool, 100% cotton, and silk and wool. Our most popular yarn is Mountain Trail which is a heavy worsted weight 4 1/2 - 5 stitches = 1". Mohair/Wool Blend, it cables nicely, doesn't much pill, holds intense color and has a fabulous hand.

Each of our hanks is individually painted or dyed over an open flame using only gentle to the earth ingredients, then hung up to catch the natural constant breeze of the Appalachia. Because of our process and love of the art each of our yarns is individual. Keep this in mind when ordering for big projects. Our colors are intense and inspired by our mountain lifestyle.
